She was awesome! And safe and sound …
Felt pretty good running with my short 3.7″ leg! (I mean 3.7 Mile leg) Did a 9:28 pace…Goal was 9:15, but the heat & cow manure got to me a little…
Really enjoyed the nice “aroma” of Amish Country wafting through my nose during the run! Finished my run at Shady Maple! No time for the Smorgasbord though…got about 150 more miles to run until we can go skiing in the Poconos! Hope there is snow! J
Not nearly as long or as hard as my third leg, but the legs didn’t feel so great, never seemed to loosen up. Anyway leg 1 of 3 down (or 4 of 6 of this Ragnar double header)
Go Phils! To my buddies who are all heading down there without me, u suck!
Ian and Karis’s House: wonderful showers – thank you. Just had a great lunch and we are going to head back to Exchange 12 to meet up with Van 2 in a bit. All feeling the 5:30am departure time…..

Cynyth is about to make her Ragnar debut!
Felt pretty good. Just over 38 minutes for. 5.1 run so roughly 7:32 per mile. Nice run through the Amish land. Looking forward to a dip in the hot tub!
